Grated Carrot Salad

Grated Carrot Salad, a simple and easy to make salad.
Can be eaten as a salad during a meal or as a snack in between meals.
My daughter loves to eat it 'cause of its color. This salad is not just colourful but also healthy.



Ingredients :
Carrot - 2
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 1
Red chilli - 1
Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
Mint leaves - 4 -5
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method :
Peel and grate the carrots.
Finely chop onion, green chilli, red chilli, coriander leaves and mint leaves.
Toss the chopped ingredients along with the grated carrots.
Mix in a little salt and lemon juice.
Chill for atleast 15 mins before serving.
